Candidate FAQs

What’s the difference between online and offline marketing?

Online marketing builds awareness; offline marketing inspires action.
At Clozr UK, we specialise in face-to-face engagement that delivers immediate, measurable results. While digital advertising helps brands get noticed, our in-person approach creates real human connections that turn interest into loyal customers. It’s a more personal, more powerful way to grow — and it’s what makes us different.

Is this a commission-only role?

No — we believe in flexibility and choice.
We offer both a day-rate model and uncapped commission for our entry-level positions. Commission gives high performers the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings, while the day-rate option provides stability for those who are new to the role. You can choose the structure that suits you best.

Do I need previous sales experience?

Absolutely not.
You don’t need a background in sales to succeed at Clozr UK. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. Our training programme is designed to take you from the basics to confidence and competence through hands-on coaching, workshops, and personalised mentorship.

What kind of training is provided?

We provide a supportive, hands-on training experience that includes:
• Practical, real-world learning
• Classroom-style theory sessions
• Dedicated one-to-one mentorship
From day one, you’ll be paired with a personal trainer who supports your growth. Mornings focus on learning and development, while afternoons are spent applying those skills in live environments. We believe confidence comes from experience — and we make sure you’re never learning alone.

What does a typical day look like?

Every day is structured to help you grow and perform at your best.
For entry-level roles, the day is split into two parts:
Mornings:
• Goal-setting and KPIs
• Training, workshops, and development sessions
• Team meetings and mindset coaching
Afternoons:
• Face-to-face sales and marketing, putting your training into action
Leadership and management roles focus more heavily on planning, coaching, and team development.

Are there progression opportunities?

Yes — and they’re a big part of what we do.
Clozr UK is growing rapidly across the UK, with international expansion firmly on the horizon. As we open new territories and offices, we actively promote from within. If you’re driven, consistent, and eager to lead, there’s a clear and achievable pathway to progression.

What do you look for in a candidate?

We hire for mindset, not just experience.
We’re looking for people who are:
• Positive and eager to learn
• Motivated to grow personally and professionally
• Reliable, disciplined, and consistent
• Open to feedback and self-improvement
Your work ethic, attitude, and ambition matter far more to us than what’s written on your CV.

How does the team celebrate success or recognise achievements?

Celebrating wins is part of our culture.
We make sure effort and results are recognised through progression opportunities, performance bonuses, incentives, vouchers, event tickets, and international travel rewards. At Clozr UK, success is celebrated loudly and shared across the team.

How would you describe the company culture and work environment?

Supportive, ambitious, and people-focused.
We’ve created an environment where individuals feel encouraged, challenged, and empowered to grow. Our team is diverse, energetic, and united by a shared commitment to improvement, performance, and winning together.

What are the company’s goals for the future?

Our vision is bold and exciting.
We’re focused on expanding across the UK before moving into international markets. Over the next 12–18 months, we plan to establish a presence in the USA, starting with Miami and New York City. As we grow, we’ll continue strengthening client partnerships while exploring new industries and global opportunities.

Why don’t you publicly list your clients?

Trust and discretion are central to how we operate.
Many of the brands we work with operate under strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. The strategies and systems we develop give our clients a competitive edge, and protecting that advantage is part of the value we provide. Client privacy isn’t just respected — it’s a priority.
